What a clear example of how police in this country routinely violate our First,
Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights.  They
threaten citizens with arrest in order to get people to give up their rights
and assist them with an investigation.  Phillip
committed no crime, yet these officers detained him without probable cause.
Saying that someone is “Suspicious” begs the question, “Suspicious of what
crime?” If an officer can’t answer that question, detaining someone is not
lawful.
